$500 one time setup and $350 a month all inclusive.

$550 S-Corp or C-Corp tax return with no additional support

If you own a small business with only one or two employee's I can run the bookkeeping, tax filings, and corporate filings.

What to expect:

With the all-inclusive pricing, you'll receive a two-hour initial setup meeting during which we discuss everything about your business, including payroll, quarterly tax payments, and bookkeeping. 

We will meet each month to review your bookkeeping quickly, ensuring everything is appropriately classified, and there are no surprises at the end of the year.  

We'll meet at the end of each quarter to ensure you pay your quarterly estimated tax payments, payroll submissions, and sales tax.  

Finally, we'll meet before the end of the year to ensure last-minute submissions, changes, tax payments, and deductions to maximize your business from a tax perspective. 

Next year, we'll meet again for two hours to review business practices and ensure your business thrives in the new year.  We'll go over your strategy and any potential plans. 

Alternative:

I'll prepare your corporate return if you do your own bookkeeping, payroll, and quarterly submissions. However, you will be charged extra for additional support throughout the year. This is not recommended for most S-corps.
